1.1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may initiate a return within 15 days of receiving the product.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging.

1.2. Non-Eligible Items

  • Downloadable software products
  • Personalized or customized items

1.3. Return Process

  2. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization code.
  3. Pack the item securely, include the original invoice, and clearly mark the return authorization code on the package.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team.

1.4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
  • You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
