  1. Return Policy At Padhai ki Dukaan, we are committed to providing our valued customers with high-quality books and stationery. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.   1.1. Eligibility for Returns

  2. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization code.
  3. Pack the item securely, include the original invoice, and clearly mark the return authorization code on the package.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team.

  1.4. Refunds Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
  • You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
